DB Life Launches Practical N 6 Major Diseases Health Insurance
Coverage for Six Major Diseases Including Cancer and Cerebrovascular Diseases
DB Life announced on the 2nd that it has launched the '(Non)Practical N 6 Major Diseases Health Insurance,' which guarantees coverage for the number of times (N) selected by the customer in the order of occurrence among the six major diseases.
It applied the concept of the (Non)Practical N 7 Major Diseases Health Insurance product, for which exclusive usage rights were obtained from the Life Insurance Association last February. It was designed to allow subscription at a more reasonable premium.
In the existing product's coverage of the 7 major diseases, it guarantees coverage for the six major diseases?cancer, cerebrovascular and ischemic heart diseases, excluding moderate or severe dementia, as well as moderate or higher chronic lung disease, liver disease, and chronic renal failure?according to the number of times selected by the customer.
A 335 simplified screening type that allows subscription for those with pre-existing conditions and elderly customers was launched simultaneously.

Subscription is possible if there is no confirmed disease diagnosis, suspected disease findings, hospitalization, surgery, or additional examination requirements within the last 3 months; no hospitalization history due to disease or accident within the last 3 years; and no diagnosis, hospitalization, or surgery history for the 7 major diseases within the last 5 years.
