Kiwoom Securities Donates 300 Million KRW for Sanbul Disaster Recovery Fund
Kiwoom Securities announced on the 2nd that it will donate 300 million KRW to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association for the prompt recovery of areas severely damaged by the recent large-scale wildfire.
In addition to the donation, Kiwoom Securities also supported the on-site snack vehicle (water, coffee, etc.) for firefighters and related personnel exhausted during the wildfire suppression period.
Kiwoom Securities has previously donated for relief activities and damage recovery, including 100 million KRW for the recovery of the 2019 Gangwon-do wildfire damage, 300 million KRW for the recovery of the 2022 East Coast wildfire damage (200 million KRW from Kiwoom Securities, 100 million KRW from Kiwoom Investment), and 500 million KRW for the recovery of the July 2023 heavy rain damage (300 million KRW from Kiwoom Securities, and 50 million KRW each from Daou Technology, Kiwoom Asset Management, Saramin, and Kiwoom Capital, totaling 500 million KRW).
