"New Kick in 50 Years" Nongshim Launches 'Melon Kick'
A Sweet and Smooth Flavor with Musk Melon and Milk
Plans to Launch the 'Kick' Series Globally in the Future
Nongshim announced on the 2nd that it will launch a new snack product, 'Melon Kick,' on the 21st.
Melon Kick is a new product in the 'Kick' series, introduced by Nongshim about 50 years after the launch of 'Banana Kick' in 1978. Nongshim is preparing a new fruit-flavored product to be released within this year and plans to develop the Kick series into a global brand. Starting in the second half of the year, Nongshim intends to actively export Banana Kick and Melon Kick to the U.S., Japan, and China markets.
The new Melon Kick combines domestically grown musk melon and milk to create the unique sweet taste of melon. Like its predecessor Banana Kick, it features a crispy yet soft texture that melts in the mouth, and its shape maintains the Kick series identity with its distinctive curved form.
