Uljin-gun, North Gyeongsang Province, is taking a step further in realizing smart local administration by advancing its "Say Hello First" participation broadcast with its staff.
Following the existing "Good Morning Morning Broadcast" and "Happy Departure Broadcast," a new program called "Noon Smile Broadcast" will begin airing five minutes before lunchtime starting in April.
The "Noon Smile Broadcast" is designed to spread a positive organizational culture, focusing on themes such as ownership, greetings, consideration, cooperation, and empathy. Notably, this time the broadcast will feature recordings using an AI voice actor. This initiative aims to implement smart administration for more efficient operations and to deliver messages to employees in a fresh and innovative way.
So far, Uljin-gun has worked to create a bright and positive organizational culture by strengthening lively communication and cooperation among staff through the "Say Hello First" participation broadcast. The Noon Smile Broadcast is expected to further develop this campaign, encouraging employees to greet each other before lunch, fostering a cheerful atmosphere within the office, and naturally providing opportunities for communication and cooperation among staff.
Uljin-gun plans to continue its innovative efforts, further strengthening communication and cooperation within the public sector. In particular, through the "Say Hello First" campaign, it will promote a vibrant communication culture among employees and further reinforce a positive organizational culture. In addition, by actively introducing smart administration, including AI technology, the county aims to provide more efficient and inspiring administrative services, bringing about changes and developments that residents can truly feel.
County Governor Son Byeongbok said, "I hope that the 'Noon Smile Broadcast' using an AI voice actor will go beyond being a simple broadcast and become a catalyst for energizing employees and fostering a positive greeting culture in Uljin-gun." He added, "We will continue to pursue innovation so that the public sector can become even more creative and dynamic through smart administration."
