iM Bank Collaborates with Daegu Credit Guarantee Foundation to Revitalize Local Markets
Special Contribution of 10 Billion KRW in Guarantee Funds Through Business Agreement
iM Bank announced on the 31st that it has signed a 'Daegu Metropolitan City Alleyway Commercial District Financial Support Business Agreement' with the Daegu Credit Guarantee Foundation.
This agreement was established to revitalize the alleyway commercial districts in Daegu city, which are experiencing management difficulties due to factors such as decreased foot traffic and rising prices. iM Bank will make a special contribution of 10 billion KRW in guarantee funds to the Daegu Credit Guarantee Foundation to support small business financing.
Financial support of up to 150 billion KRW will be provided, and the loan targets are small business owners located in alleyway commercial districts within Daegu city. E-commerce businesses without offline stores or stores located inside department stores or large marts are excluded. However, in such cases, loans may be available under the separately operated 'Regional Business Win-Win Support Sector,' and inquiries can be made through the iM Bank customer center.
The loan amount is up to 400 million KRW for face-to-face applications and up to 70 million KRW for non-face-to-face applications via the app. The Daegu Credit Guarantee Foundation guarantees 90-100% of the loan amount, and preferential benefits such as guarantee fee and interest rate reductions are applied.
