SME Ombudsman Visits Companies with Korea Autonomous Driving Industry Association
Listening to On-site Voices for Regulatory Improvement
Choi Seung-jae, the Small and Medium Business Ombudsman, visited a company site in Anyang, Gyeonggi Province on the 31st together with the Korea Autonomous Driving Industry Association to listen to voices from the field.
Since this year, the Ombudsman has been visiting sites together with associations and organizations to directly hear the voices from small and medium enterprises and small business associations, ensuring that regulatory blind spots do not occur.
On the day, Ombudsman Choi visited an autonomous vehicle research company and had an open discussion with attending association member companies about 'expanding subsidies for electric vehicles for autonomous driving R&D and industry challenges.'
After the meeting, time was spent directly riding in an autonomous driving test research vehicle to enhance understanding of the field.
