This initiative was held to foster local talent and promote youth employment, targeting students from Chosun University, the representative university in Gwangju, who aspire to work at local public institutions.
The program began with a recruitment briefing session offering insights into public institution hiring trends and job search strategies, followed by mock interviews and career mentoring from employed alumni to support employment success. Through these activities, students preparing for employment were given the opportunity to develop a proper work ethic and career perspective, as well as enhance their job-seeking competencies.
