View original imageThe quintuplets were born on September 20, 2024, a rare case in Korea that has received much attention and support. After receiving intensive care at Seoul St. Mary's Hospital immediately after birth, they recovered their health and were all discharged on March 20. Notably, the visit included the Dongducheon City officials and a KBS filming team, who covered the family’s time together to widely share their touching story.
The parents of the quintuplets expressed their gratitude, saying, “Thanks to the support of many people, our children were able to be discharged healthy.”
Mayor Park Hyung-deok of Dongducheon City met the quintuplet family in person to offer his congratulations, stating, “We are very pleased that such a special family was born in our city and that all the children were discharged healthy. We will continue to provide ongoing attention and support so that the quintuplets can grow up healthy.”
