Changwon Hanmaeum Hospital Donates Relief Funds to Areas Affected by Wildfires
Changwon Hanmaeum Hospital in Gyeongnam announced on the 27th that it has donated funds to help the local community affected by the recent wildfire.
This donation was voluntarily raised by the hospital's staff, totaling 21,865,000 KRW. The funds, collected through small contributions, will be delivered via the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association to support the swift recovery and livelihood of residents who lost their homes due to the wildfire.
Chairperson Choi Kyunghwa stated, "It is even more meaningful because the staff came together with one heart to raise these funds for the affected residents," adding, "I hope this donation brings a small ray of hope to those who have suffered."
The Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association delivers emergency relief supplies and donations to disaster-affected areas nationwide. This donation will be used to provide practical assistance such as support for temporary housing, daily necessities, and psychological counseling for the affected residents.
