Hanhil Cement Donates 100 Million Won for Wildfire Damage Recovery
Hanjin Cement announced on the 27th that it has donated 100 million KRW to the National Disaster Relief Association to aid in the recovery from the wildfires.
The donation will be used for emergency housing operations for disaster victims in the Gyeongbuk, Gyeongnam, and Ulsan regions, as well as for repairing damaged buildings, living expenses, and providing relief supplies.
A representative from Hanjin Cement stated, "We offer our heartfelt condolences to those who have lost their homes due to this sudden disaster," adding, "We hope that prompt recovery and support efforts in the affected areas will help everyone return to their daily lives as soon as possible."

Hanjin Cement has continued its donations for disaster recovery. In 2020, it donated 200 million KRW to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and support vulnerable groups. In 2022, it contributed 100 million KRW following the wildfires in Gangwon Province. In 2023, it also donated 100 million KRW to the Korean Red Cross to support relief efforts after the earthquake in Turkey, maintaining its domestic and international aid activities.
