JSCO Holdings Completes On-Site Due Diligence in the Philippines with China Baoli Energy and Panhe Group
J-Sco Holdings announced on the 27th that it has completed on-site due diligence of the nickel mine in the Philippines in collaboration with China Poly Group and Pan World Group.
According to the company, Bao Energy, which conducted the on-site due diligence of the Dinagat nickel mine in the Philippines starting from the 25th, reached a positive conclusion after evaluating various conditions such as nickel reserves, mining feasibility, and production efficiency. This is expected to accelerate negotiations for the signing of the main contract.
In particular, Pan World Group (PWL), the logistics company designated by Bao Energy, thoroughly reviewed the logistics infrastructure around J-Sco Holdings' nickel mine. They assessed that it would be possible to secure stability and cost efficiency in the transportation of nickel ore in the future.
Pan World Group is a global shipping and logistics specialist operating 26 branches worldwide, including in China, South Korea, Singapore, Belgium, and the United States, establishing an international logistics network. It provides vessel support services at more than 10 major ports in China, including Qingdao, Shanghai, Longkou, and Tianjin. In line with the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), it is building an integrated logistics system covering all sectors of the shipping industry. It offers a variety of services ranging from vessel operation, chartering, port agency, international trade, cargo inspection, to warehouse management.
