Korea Post Issues '2024 Republic of Korea Stamp Collection'
The Korea Post announced on the 27th that it will begin selling the "2024 Korea Stamp Collection," a book compiling 63 types of stamps issued last year, starting from the 28th.
The stamp collection includes last year's issued stamps in a single volume, featuring popular children's characters "Pinkfong and Baby Shark," the works of Korea's representative painter Kim Whanki (1913?1974) in "The World of Kim Whanki's Works," and "UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage," which showcases Hansan Ramie weaving from Seocheon, Chungnam.
The stamp collection, composed of commemorative stamps and designer postcards, is characterized by detailed photographic materials and explanations to help easily understand the issued stamps.
Korea Post will publish a total of 8,000 copies of the stamp collection. The selling price per volume is 85,000 KRW. Purchases can be made at general post offices nationwide and through the Internet Post Office.
