LS Group Donates 500 Million Won in Relief Funds to Wildfire-Affected Areas
LS Cable & System, LS Electric, and Others Join Donation Effort for Wildfire Victims
On the 26th, LS Group announced that it donated 500 million KRW to help residents who suffered significant damage from the wildfire in the Yeongnam region.
Six companies, including LS Cable & System, LS Electric, LS MnM, LS Mtron, E1, and INVENI (formerly Yesco Holdings), participated in the donation. The funds donated by LS to the Community Chest of Korea will be used for the restoration of the wildfire-affected areas and support for disaster victims.
An LS representative said, "We extend our deepest condolences to those who are going through great difficulties due to this unexpected disaster. We hope that by contributing even a small part to wildfire suppression and damage recovery, local residents can regain a stable daily life as soon as possible."
