Police clashed with rally participants while towing tractors and trucks from the National Peasants' Federation (Jeonnong) that had entered downtown Seoul.

During the towing operation, police deployed riot squads and forklifts, and one participant from the pro-impeachment rally was arrested on charges of assaulting a police officer.
The area around Namtaeryeong, where the Jeonnong tractor rally began, has seen normal traffic flow since around 7:40 a.m. as the rally dispersed.
