Doosan Group Donates 500 Million KRW for Wildfire Damage Recovery and Relief for Disaster Victims
Doosan Group announced on the 26th that it will donate 500 million KRW to help residents in the disaster-affected areas of Sancheong and Hadong in Gyeongnam, Ulju in Ulsan, and Uiseong in Gyeongbuk, which suffered significant damage from wildfires. The donation will be used for emergency housing facilities, essential supplies support, and the restoration of houses and facilities for the affected residents.

A Doosan representative said, "We hope this will help the residents who have suffered unexpected damage regain stability as quickly as possible."
Doosan has provided 500 million KRW each for wildfire damages in Gangneung in 2023 and 2022, wildfires in Uljin and Samcheok, and heavy rains in the central region, supporting recovery efforts in every disaster situation. In 2022, Doosan Bobcat dispatched equipment worth approximately 1 million USD, including excavators and portable generators, to the earthquake site in Turkey to carry out relief and recovery activities.
