Up to 80% of Construction Costs at a Low Interest Rate of 0.7%, Maximum Loan Support of 60 Million KRW
Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Gyeong-gi) is implementing the '2025 Safe Home Repair Loan Support Project' to improve the residential environment of low-rise residential areas.
This project was prepared to revitalize the repair of aging houses and support residents to live in a safer and more comfortable environment.
The '2025 Safe Home Repair Loan Support Project' targets low-rise houses in Jungnang-gu that have been approved for use for more than 20 years, including detached houses (including multi-family and multi-unit houses) and apartment-type houses (multi-household and row houses). Applications can be made by the owners of the land and buildings listed in the registry, and applicants do not need to be actual residents.
In particular, to reduce the financial burden, the project supports up to 80% of the construction cost (minimum 10 million to maximum 60 million KRW) at a fixed interest rate of 0.7% per annum, operated under a 3-year grace period followed by 10 years of equal installment repayment.
Additionally, there is no early repayment fee, allowing for early repayment.
Applications can be submitted from April 9 to August 8, and the application period may close early if the budget is exhausted. Residents wishing to apply can receive expert consultation at the Jungnang Home Repair Support Center located in Muk 2-dong Culture and Sports Complex Center before submitting their application.
