Democratic Party: "Yoon Government's Pro-Japanese Humiliating Diplomacy Result" in Japan's History Textbooks
The Democratic Party of Korea criticized on the 25th that the claim that Dokdo is Japan's inherent territory, included in many social studies textbooks to be used by Japanese high school students starting next spring, is "the result of Yoon Seok-yeol's pro-Japanese humiliating diplomacy of the treason government."
Yoon Jong-gun, the floor spokesperson for the Democratic Party of Korea, said in a written briefing on the same day, "After giving up one by one, including forced labor, 'comfort women' victims, attempts to remove busts of independence heroes such as General Hong Beom-do, and the Sado mine issue, is this the result?"
Spokesperson Yoon added, "If only one-tenth of the effort spent protecting the traitor had been made, this would not have happened," and urged, "The government, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, must immediately respond to prevent further diplomatic disasters."
