Moon, the head of Buk-gu District Office in Gwangju, who hung a banner on the exterior wall of the district office calling for the impeachment of President Yoon Suk-yeol, will be subject to a second administrative fine. If the banner is not removed, the possibility of forced removal is also being raised.
On the 25th, Buk-gu District Office in Gwangju announced, "We plan to impose a second administrative fine of 1,050,000 KRW on Moon on the 26th." On the 18th, a first fine of 800,000 KRW was imposed, and Moon paid a reduced amount of 640,000 KRW after voluntarily paying the fine.

If voluntary removal is not carried out after that, administrative agencies can proceed with forced removal. Buk-gu plans to internally discuss the possibility of forced removal after the third fine. It is reported that the third fine could amount to 1,350,000 KRW.
On the 10th, Moon posted a banner with a message calling for the impeachment of the president on the exterior wall of the district office. Regarding this, Moon stated, "As an individual citizen and as the head of a local government representing local residents, I expressed my opinion," and added, "I will not take down the banner until the Constitutional Court makes its decision."
