Korea Housing Finance Corporation Maintains Bogeumjari Loan Interest Rates for April
With Preferential Rates, Annual Interest Ranges from 2.65% to 2.95% Depending on Maturity
Korea Housing Finance Corporation (President Kim Kyunghwan) announced that the interest rates for the “Bogeumjari Loan,” a long-term, fixed-rate, and amortized mortgage loan, will remain unchanged for April.
Accordingly, the “Akkim-e Bogeumjari Loan” will have an annual interest rate ranging from 3.65% (10 years) to 3.95% (50 years).

If additional preferential rates (up to 1.0 percentage point) are applied for low-income youth, newlywed households, socially disadvantaged groups (such as people with disabilities and single-parent families), and victims of Jeonse fraud, the lowest annual interest rate will be 2.65% (10 years) to 2.95% (50 years).
