Sangmyung University Signs Agreement with Chungnam Online School to Promote RISE
Joint Operation of Online Courses Linked to the High School Credit System
Sangmyung University Chungnam Innovation Center and Chungnam Online School signed a business agreement on the 24th to promote the activation of the university support system (RISE) and the development of local education.
According to the agreement, the two institutions will cooperate in various fields, including ▲online courses linked to the high school credit system ▲development of blended online and offline curricula ▲career and major experience programs for high school students ▲and sharing of educational content.
An Beomjun, Vice President for Academic Affairs, stated, "This agreement is significant in that both institutions are joining forces to present a practical and creative educational cooperation model that meets the needs of the high school credit system. We will do our best to ensure the sustainable development of a university-centered local education ecosystem."
Lee Youngju, Principal of the Online School, said, "We hope that building an educational model in collaboration with the university will expand subject choices and the operation of customized curricula for high school students in the Chungnam region."
