Choi Hogwon, Yeongdeungpo District Mayor, Visits Yeongdeungpo Rotary Construction Site
Choi Ho-gwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District Office, visited the Yeongdeungpo Rotary construction site on the afternoon of March 21 to inspect the progress and hear about future plans.
The demolition of the Yeongdeungpo Rotary overpass, which began at the end of October last year, was completed in 4 months, 2 months ahead of the originally expected 6-month construction period. Currently, two construction barriers have been installed in the directions of Yeongdeungpo Station and Yeouido.
The barrier in the direction of Yeongdeungpo Station will be removed around March, and vehicle traffic is expected to be allowed in April. The barrier in the Yeouido direction will remain until December this year due to the ongoing construction of the ‘Yeongdeungpo Rainwater Pump Station’.
