Gokseong County Recruiting for 'Local Industry Development Project for Cities, Counties, and Districts'
Up to 50 Million KRW per Company Until the 18th of Next Month
Gokseong County, Jeollanam-do (Governor Jo Sangrae) announced on the 22nd that it is recruiting participants for the "Local Industry Promotion Project for Cities, Counties, and Districts" to strengthen the competitiveness of local businesses until the 18th of next month.
The "Local Industry Promotion Project for Cities, Counties, and Districts" is a project aimed at responding to local extinction by enhancing the competitiveness of businesses in depopulated areas. It targets local small business owners and SMEs (with at least one headquarters, factory, or research institute located in the area).
The county will support up to 50 million KRW per company for projects such as prototype production, brand and design development, securing domestic and international sales channels, promotional marketing, hiring foreign personnel, obtaining intellectual property rights, and functional efficacy evaluation.
On the 25th, from 2 to 5 PM, the county plans to operate a business introduction, application guidance, Q&A session, and on-site consultation booth for local small business owners and SME executives and employees at the audiovisual room of the Gokseong County Future Education Foundation.
