Hwang Jun-ho, CEO of Daol Investment & Securities, has been confirmed for reappointment.
Daol Investment & Securities announced on the 21st that it held a general shareholders' meeting and a board meeting, where President Hwang was reappointed as an inside director and CEO.
Initially, Im Jae-taek, CEO of Hanyang Securities, had been nominated as the new CEO. However, on the 14th, Im unexpectedly announced that he would retain his position as CEO of Hanyang Securities, leading Daol Investment & Securities to hold an executive candidate recommendation committee on the 17th, which recommended CEO Hwang as the candidate.

At the shareholders' meeting that day, a cash dividend of 150 KRW per common share was decided. Seo Gyu-young, Secretary General of the Financial Bond Adjustment Committee, was appointed as the new inside director and audit committee member. Auditor Seo previously served as Director of the Human Resources Development Office at the Financial Supervisory Service and as a professor in the Financial Education Bureau.
