HD Hyundai Samho (CEO Kim Jaeul) announced that it held the '27th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders' on the 21st at Hotel Hyundai (Mokpo), with more than 100 participants including CEO Kim Jaeul, shareholders, and related parties, and handled agenda items such as approval of the 2024 financial statements and appointment of directors and audit committee members.

View original imageThe financial statements approved at this meeting show that HD Hyundai Samho achieved sales of 7.0031 trillion KRW and an operating profit of 723.6 billion KRW last year. Sales reached an all-time high, and operating profit remained in the black for the third consecutive year.
Accordingly, HD Hyundai Samho also resolved to pay a cash dividend of 8,934 KRW per share for both common and preferred stocks to enhance shareholder value.
Meanwhile, at this shareholders' meeting, Kim Jaeul, who was appointed as CEO last November, was newly appointed as an inside director. Shin Hoyoung, an honorary professor at Hanyang University Business School whose term had expired, was reappointed as an outside director and audit committee member.
CEO Kim Jaeul expressed his determination, saying, "We will create a sustainable future based on solid competitiveness and sound growth."
