Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone Authority Conducts Quality Inspection of Office-tel in Myeongji District Business Zone 5
Second Quality Inspection Conducted for Viliv Myeongji Due Class
Busan-Jinhae Free Economic Zone Authority (Commissioner Park Sungho) will conduct the second quality inspection of the newly built officetel, Viliv Myeongji Due Class, located in the Myeongji district on the 24th.
This inspection targets the new officetel currently under construction in Business Zone 5 of the Myeongji district. The building consists of four towers, ranging from three basement levels to twenty above-ground floors, and includes a total of 608 officetel units.
The Authority conducted the first quality inspection on the 5th of last month, and will organize a quality inspection team to carry out the second inspection before granting occupancy approval. The current inspection team is composed of 18 experts in various fields, including architecture (planning, structure, construction), mechanical, fire safety, electrical, landscaping, and civil engineering, who will inspect each respective area.
The main inspection items include: ▲Quality inspection of construction in both common and private areas of the building ▲Quality inspection of facility works such as structure, mechanical, electrical, and fire safety systems ▲Verification of the adequacy of civil engineering and landscaping works within the complex.
The Authority plans to instruct the project owner to immediately repair or reinforce any deficiencies identified during the quality inspection.
