Damyang-gun to Accept Viewing and Feedback on Apartment Prices Until the 2nd of Next Month
Damyang County in Jeollanam-do announced on the 19th that it has posted the "2025 Apartment Housing Price (Draft)" and will operate a period for public inspection and submission of opinions on apartment housing prices until April 2.
The subjects for inspection and submission of opinions are apartment complexes located in Damyang. Korea Real Estate Board has assessed the prices by investigating general characteristics (structure, purpose, etc.) and individual characteristics (floor, orientation, sunlight, etc.) of the apartments since last September. Damyang County has checked whether the price assessments were conducted accurately and fairly. The number of apartment units assessed by the Korea Real Estate Board is 3,171.
The apartment housing prices can be inspected by owners and stakeholders at the Financial Division of the county office, each township office, and on the Damyang County website. If there are any opinions regarding the apartment prices, an "Opinion Submission Form on Housing Prices" can be submitted in person, by mail, or by fax to the Financial Division of the county office or the township office by April 2. For more details, please contact the Financial Division of Damyang County Office.
Meanwhile, all submitted opinion forms will be immediately forwarded to the Korea Real Estate Board for review. After the inspection and opinion submission period ends, the Central Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee will deliberate, and the final decision and announcement will be made on April 30.
