A Nostalgic Performance Awaits
Gyeonggi Yeoju Sejong Culture and Tourism Foundation announced on the 19th that it will present the "Nostalgic Gag Concert" with Yeoju City Ambassador Shim Hyun-seop at the Myeongseong Hwanghu Birthplace Cultural Center on the 25th.
This performance is part of the "Culture Day" project, a gift of performances offered free of charge to Yeoju citizens on one day during the last week of every month by the Yeoju Sejong Culture and Tourism Foundation. It features comedians Shim Hyun-seop, Park Seong-ho, Lee Gwang-chae, and Lim Hyuk-pil, who appeared on KBS entertainment program "Gag Concert" and SBS's "Wootchatsa." The show will present a gag concert including comedy skits, catchphrases, impersonations, and personal talents seen on TV programs, combined with magic and sand art in a fusion stage, promising great laughter for Yeoju citizens.
Lee Soon-yeol, Chairman of the Yeoju Sejong Culture and Tourism Foundation, said, “Our foundation has been striving to improve access to performances for Yeoju citizens through the Culture Day project. We feel an immense sense of responsibility as the citizens recognize our efforts and respond enthusiastically to every performance.” He added, “We promise to continue presenting a variety of works that balance popularity and artistic quality.”
