View original imageThis inspection was carried out as a follow-up measure to the ‘Administrative Support Measures Report Meeting for Large-scale Performances’ held on February 26, aiming to review overall safety, traffic, and operations related to the large-scale event.
On the day, Mayor Lee Dong-hwan personally inspected various areas including venue operations, safety management, and traffic measures, and discussed cooperation plans with related organizations.
In particular, he focused on managing the expected large crowds on the day of the performance, traffic flow, and emergency response plans, issuing immediate instructions for necessary supplementary measures on-site.
Mayor Lee Dong-hwan stated, “We have completed thorough preparations to establish the Goyang Sports Complex as a stable large-scale performance venue,” adding, “We will closely cooperate with the organizers and related agencies to ensure smooth traffic management and safety on the day of the event.”
