Dangjin City Opens Individual Official Land Price for Viewing and Feedback
Submit Opinions for 348,820 Parcels by April 9
On the 18th, Dangjin City, Chungnam Province announced that it will conduct a public viewing of the individual officially assessed land values for 348,820 parcels within Dangjin City, based on January 1, 2025, from the 21st of this month to the 9th of next month, for a total of 20 days.
The individual officially assessed land value is the price per unit area of each parcel, calculated based on the officially assessed value of standard land selected by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
Landowners and interested parties can check the assessed land values by contacting the Land Management Division at Dangjin City Hall or their local administrative welfare center, or by searching and confirming on the 'Real Estate Official Price Notification' website.
If there are any opinions or objections, they can be submitted in writing, by mail, by fax, or through the 'Real Estate Official Price Notification' website.
In particular, the city plans to operate a consultation system with certified appraisers for those who submit opinions, to help them better understand the calculation of individual officially assessed land values.
A city official stated, "The individual officially assessed land value is an important reference used as a basis for national taxes, local taxes, and various charges," and added, "If you have any opinions after directly checking the appropriateness of the individual assessed values and the balance with nearby land prices, please submit them within the designated period."
Meanwhile, for parcels with submitted opinions, the responsible public official will re-examine the land characteristics and price balance with neighboring areas, and after verification by a certified appraiser and review by the Dangjin City Real Estate Price Notification Committee, the results will be finalized and announced on April 30, with individual notifications sent to applicants.
