Promotion of Subsidy Support Project for Apartment Complexes
Including Maintenance and Management of Common Facilities and Replacement of Old Elevators
Gyeonggi Hanam City (Mayor Lee Hyun-jae) announced on the 18th that it will promote a subsidy support project for apartment complexes this year, targeting 12 apartment complexes, to help residents live in a more pleasant and comfortable environment by maintaining and managing common facilities and replacing old elevators.
This support project was prepared to assist in improving common facilities in apartment complexes that have passed 15 years since the usage inspection and children's playgrounds in apartment complexes that are over 5 years old. Up to 50 million KRW per complex will be supported, with a total scale of 490 million KRW planned for this year.
In addition, Hanam City will also promote a support project to improve the working environment of security and cleaning workers for 135 apartment complexes so that residents can live in a safer and more convenient environment. To this end, a project announcement will be made in April, and target complexes will be recruited.
