SKT Adds Google's Latest 'Gemini' Version to A.Dot
Perplexity Sona Pro and GPT o3-mini models added in March
Experience a variety of AI models
SK Telecom announced on the 18th that it has significantly enhanced the functionality of its AI assistant application ‘A.Dot’ by adding Google’s latest proprietary large language model (LLM), ‘Gemini 2.0 Flash.’ Through this expansion of AI models in A.Dot, users can freely access detailed models from five leading global AI services including SKT’s ‘A.X,’ ‘GPT,’ ‘Claude,’ ‘Perplexity,’ and ‘Gemini.’
A.Dot users receive answers along with Google’s real-time search results, and can also use a source page navigation feature to verify the basis of the generated responses. SKT plans to continuously offer customers the opportunity to experience Google’s latest LLMs, starting with the ‘Gemini 2.0 Flash’ model.
Earlier this month, SKT added the latest high-performance model ‘Perplexity Sona Pro’ of ‘Perplexity Sona’ and the ‘GPT o3-mini’ model capable of solving complex logical problems to A.Dot. Compared to the existing ‘Sona’ model, ‘Perplexity Sona Pro’ provides answers using twice as many search sources and better understands the context of previous conversations in ongoing dialogues, resulting in more appropriate subsequent responses. Additionally, the ‘GPT o3-mini’ model demonstrates excellent performance in interpreting advanced mathematical formulas and generating programming code.
A.Dot offers a website accessible not only via the app but also on PC, allowing customers to easily experience the AI agent anytime and anywhere. Users can select from 11 AI models with different characteristics to receive answers to their questions, and if they want to ask the same question to other models, they can compare them all at once using the ‘Compare Other AIs’ feature without the hassle of copying and pasting individually.
