Toss Securities Enhances Customer Convenience by Extending US Stock Trading Hours
After-Market Trading Hours Extended
From 5:00 PM to 8:50 AM the Next Day
Toss Securities announced on the 18th that it will extend after-market trading hours.
With this extension, the trading hours for U.S. stocks on Toss Securities will expand from the existing 14 hours, including pre-market, regular market, and after-market, to 15 hours and 50 minutes.
Accordingly, any Toss Securities customer can conveniently trade U.S. stocks from 5 PM, when the pre-market begins, until 8:50 AM the next day, when the after-market ends. (Based on daylight saving time; delayed by one hour when DST ends) When the day market (daytime trading) resumes, Toss Securities’ U.S. stock trading hours will be 23 hours and 50 minutes, effectively supporting 24-hour trading.
A representative from Toss Securities said, "The extension of trading hours reflects customer demand to quickly respond to earnings announcements and major news released after market close in the U.S.," adding, "We expect this to enhance customers’ convenience and satisfaction in investing in U.S. stocks."
