This visit, organized as part of the 'BUY Yeoncheon' project to revitalize the local economy and promote the purchase of local products, was attended by Governor Kim Deok-hyun and the Northern Gyeonggi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, holding a meeting to listen to regulations and difficulties faced by companies and touring production facilities.
Korea BRT Co., Ltd., which moved into Baekhak Industrial Complex in 2002, is a company that manufactures bus stops, canopies, and road traffic facilities. In particular, it contributes to the development of the local community by supplying transportation facilities such as bus stops within the region. Through this visit, Korea BRT conveyed opinions on difficulties in the production process and regulatory improvements. LS Tech Co., Ltd., which moved into Baekhak Industrial Complex in 2020, is a company that produces ductile iron pipes and sandwich valves. Discussions were held regarding recent difficulties due to changes in industrial trends and future development directions.
Yeoncheon County plans to prepare practical support measures based on the difficulties identified during this visit. In addition, it intends to contribute to revitalizing the local economy through continuous communication with companies residing in Baekhak General Industrial Complex.
