With this award, Hana Bank has achieved a total of 24 wins of the 'Korea Best Trade Finance Bank' award selected by Global Finance. This is an internationally recognized result demonstrating outstanding capabilities across various areas such as market dominance in trade finance, product and service quality, and technological expertise.
At the awards ceremony held in Amsterdam, Netherlands, Global Finance stated, "Hana Bank received high scores in trade finance transaction volume, customer service, price competitiveness, and the adoption of innovative technologies," adding, "In particular, the bank was highly evaluated for contributing to the revitalization of trade finance by providing excellent services through innovative technologies and AI-based solutions."
A Hana Bank representative said, "This award once again proves that Hana Bank's global trade finance capabilities are at the highest level both domestically and internationally," and added, "We will continue to strive to provide various services for the convenience of export-import companies based on the digitalization of export-import operations, the introduction of blockchain, and the enhancement of efficiency and transparency through AI-based solutions."
Hana Bank is actively supporting export-import companies through the '2nd Export Package Preferential Financing,' which includes a special contribution of 30 billion KRW this year following a 40 billion KRW contribution to the Korea Trade Insurance Corporation last year, aimed at reducing financial costs and enhancing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized export-import enterprises.
