Currently, around 200 chemists from 30 countries are advancing research and testing. The Korea Racing Authority Doping Control Center, the only domestic institution for racehorse doping control, has been participating as a full member since 1991.
This year's meeting was attended by about 40 members from 10 countries. Two experts from the Korea Racing Authority Doping Control Center participated, presenting their latest research achievements and discussing international cooperation strategies to jointly respond to emerging doping techniques.
In particular, on this day, Yoo Jundong, Director of the Korea Racing Authority Doping Control Center, presented the research results of the 'Component Analysis of Illegally Distributed Performance-Enhancing Substances in Korea', a collaborative effort with the Korea Anti-Doping Agency (Chairperson: Lee Younghee), which received high praise from doping control experts from various countries.
