The expected precipitation is 5-20mm for the southern coast of Jeonnam and 5-10mm for Gwangju and Jeonnam overall. Temperatures will gradually drop. The morning low on the 15th will range from 5 to 15 degrees Celsius, falling to 3 to 11 degrees on the 16th. As cold air moves down from the north, strong winds will make it feel even colder.
An official from the Gwangju Meteorological Administration said, "As temperatures are expected to drop sharply and there is a possibility of rain or snow accompanied by strong winds, please be cautious of slippery road accidents."
