Hanssem Service is raising the installation labor fees for kitchen installation partner technicians and expanding new recruitment.
Hanssem’s subsidiary, Hanssem Service, announced on the 13th that it has increased the installation labor fees for partner technicians by 15%.
Accordingly, the monthly average income from kitchen installation for a partner technician with 10 years of experience, which was 6 million KRW, will rise to about 7 million KRW.

To activate the recruitment of entry-level installation partner technicians, Hanssem is introducing a ‘dedicated mentor system’ to help newcomers challenging the installation profession adapt. This system assigns a dedicated mentor to new installation partner technicians after joining, supporting education so they can systematically learn installation theory and skills. The company plans to review the results and decide whether to expand the program.
Meanwhile, Hanssem Service provides installation services for various interior construction projects such as kitchens, storage, bathrooms, and windows, establishing a nationwide installation system and playing a key role in Hanssem’s remodeling value chain. Since the establishment of the Hanssem Academy in 2021, it has produced more than 3,000 installation partner technicians.
