Support for Reviewing KONEPS Bidding Eligibility
and Preparing Bid Proposals
Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province is implementing a support project to help social economy enterprises enter the public procurement market and expand their overseas sales channels.
Organized by the Hwaseong Social Economy Support Center, this project assists social economy enterprises in bidding in the domestic public procurement market and registering as vendors in overseas procurement markets.
The support includes ▲ analysis of procurement announcements on the Korea ON-line E-Procurement System (KONEPS) and review of bidding eligibility ▲ assistance in preparing bid proposals ▲ analysis of KONEPS bidding announcements and mailing services ▲ registration as vendors in overseas procurement markets, among others.
The support targets social economy enterprises that have completed the '2025 Hwaseong Social Economy Enterprise Management Capacity Enhancement (Public Procurement) Training.' Interested companies can apply to the Hwaseong Social Economy Support Center by the 22nd of next month. The city plans to select two companies through a screening process.
Previously, since 2023, the city has supported eight companies in bidding on KONEPS through this project. Additionally, through support for acquiring the Public Procurement Service's overseas procurement market promising company certification (G-PASS certification), two companies have obtained certification and registered as overseas procurement vendors.
