Hanmi Semiconductor, Chairman Gwak Dong-shin Acquires 2 Billion Won of Company Shares
Hanmi Semiconductor announced on the 12th that Chairman Gwak Dong-shin acquired approximately 2 billion KRW worth of company shares using his personal funds.
The acquisition price was 89,834 KRW per share, totaling around 2 billion KRW. Since 2023, Chairman Gwak Dong-shin has acquired company shares worth a total of 39.3 billion KRW. His shareholding ratio slightly increased from 33.95% to 33.97%.
Chairman Gwak's acquisition of company shares appears to be a decision based on confidence in the technology and future growth of Hanmi Semiconductor's TC Bonder in the high-bandwidth memory (HBM) equipment market.
