View original imageKT has begun securing key talent to lead South Korea's AX (AI Transformation) business. Starting from the 12th, KT announced that it will recruit a large number of professionals to join the 'AX Delivery Center' through its recruitment website.
This recruitment covers a total of 12 fields, including Project Manager (PM), Solution Architect (SA), and AI Engineer (AE), with the number of hires planned to be in the triple digits, exceeding 100. Applicants can find detailed information on the KT recruitment website.
Earlier, at the 'Mobile World Congress 2025 (MWC 2025)' press conference held in Barcelona, Spain, KT announced plans to launch the 'AX Delivery Center' based on collaboration with Microsoft. The recruited talents will lead domestic industry AX projects alongside Microsoft technology experts within this organization.
In particular, KT offers recruited talents opportunities to participate in global training and education programs, competitive compensation aligned with market value, and various reward systems. A three-tier rank system of Junior, Senior, and Lead has been introduced, along with separate incentives based on individual capabilities and project performance.
Regarding the work environment, the team is scheduled to move into the remodeled KT Gwanghwamun West building, and benefits such as daycare operation, flexible working hours, remote work, and low-interest in-house loans will be provided.
