Seongnam City to Fully Open 11 Barefoot Clay Trails Starting from the 15th
Six Locations Including Sujin Park, Daewon Park, and Sanseong Park to Reopen
Five Parks to Fully Operate All Sections Except Vinyl House Areas
Seongnam City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Shin Sang-jin) announced on the 12th that it will fully open 11 barefoot clay trails in the area starting from the 15th to welcome the spring season.

View original imageThe city will reopen six barefoot clay trails, which had been closed for three and a half months (from December 1, 2024, to March 14, 2025) due to concerns about citizens suffering from frostbite during the winter.
The reopened clay trails are located in Sujin Park, Daewon Park, Sanseong Park, Hwarang Park, the public open space at 129-8 Imae-dong, and the public open space at 79 Gumi-dong.
The five barefoot clay trails in Huimangdae Park, Wirye Park, Hwangsong Park, Jungang Park, and Yuldong Park will operate fully reopened, except for the sections with vinyl house installations that remained open during the winter.
Seongnam City has completed replenishing raw clay and inspecting foot-washing facilities to fully open the clay trails.
The 11 barefoot clay trails in Seongnam have been popular, with a total of 580,000 visitors last year.
