Gwangju Mayor Kang Gijeong is holding a placard that reads "The Will of the People, Immediate Dismissal of Yoon Seokyeol" and staging a one-person protest in front of the clock tower at 5·18 Democracy Square, Geumnam-ro, Dong-gu, on the afternoon of the 10th.

Mayor Kang started the one-person protest at 6:30 p.m. that day in front of the clock tower at the May 18 Democracy Plaza on Geumnam-ro, Dong-gu. On the 11th, he plans to continue the protest at 8 a.m. at the intersection in front of the May 18 Memorial Park near Gwangju City Hall, and on the 12th at 7:40 a.m. at the intersection in front of Gwangju City Hall. He is scheduled to hold the one-person protest calling for the dismissal of Yoon Sukyeol every day.
