Kim Jongdeuk Appointed as Gwangju Nambu Police Chief..."A Police Force that Respects Human Rights"
Gwangju Nambu Police Station announced on the 10th that Kim Jongdeuk has been inaugurated as the 33rd chief of Gwangju Nambu Police Station.
Chief Kim began his police career in 1992 through an open recruitment process and has since served as Head of the Life Safety Division at Jeonnam Provincial Police Agency, Inspector General at Jeonnam Provincial Police Agency, Chief of Yeongam Police Station, and Chief of Gwangju Gwangsan Police Station.
Chief Kim stated, "I will not stop at simply preventing crime, but will establish fair and just policing to create a police force that respects human rights," adding, "I am committed to ensuring the safety of citizens and leading changes to provide better police services."
