Trump: "Han-Jil Hope to Participate in Alaska Gas Pipeline Project... Trillions of Dollars Investment"
On the 4th (local time), U.S. President Donald Trump stated in his first congressional address of his second term that South Korea and Japan hope to participate in the Alaska gas pipeline project.
In the joint session of the House and Senate, President Trump introduced, "My administration is building one of the world's largest natural gas pipelines in Alaska," adding, "Japan, South Korea, and other countries want to be our partners."
He continued, "South Korea and Japan will each spend (invest) trillions of dollars," and said, "This has never happened before, and it will be a very great thing."
President Trump also said, "This week, I will take historic measures to greatly increase domestic production of critical minerals and rare earths in the United States."

He further mentioned, "To fight inflation, we must not only reduce energy costs but also prevent taxpayers' money from leaking," referring to the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
