POSCO Steelion successfully supported cultural diplomacy by hosting the 'Fragrance of Korea Exhibition' at the APEC 1st Senior Officials Meeting (SOM1), held from the 24th of last month to the 9th at Gyeongju HICO.

View original imageThis exhibition, wishing for the successful hosting of the 2025 APEC Summit, introduced the traditional beauty of Korea to the world using POSCO's unique printing technology, PosART. In particular, the 'Fragrance of Korea Exhibition' displayed 32 works recreated with PosART technology, including Korea's representative masterpieces such as Mongyudowondo and Inwangjesaekdo.
PosART is a premium steel sheet that combines POSCO's high corrosion-resistant steel with inkjet printing technology, expressing vivid colors and delicate textures. Visitors can touch the artworks directly, allowing them to experience the beauty of Korean painting more vividly.
It is expected that more than 2,000 key figures from APEC member countries attended this exhibition to enjoy the beauty of Korean culture and contribute to widely promoting the spirit of steelmaking for national prosperity and the excellence of the Korean steel industry through POSCO Steelion's PosART exhibition.
