Police "Investigating 5 Cases of Medical Students Suspected of Disrupting Classes Before Formal Charges"
The police announced that they are conducting pre-indictment investigations (internal investigations) on five cases related to allegations of medical students disrupting classes.
At a regular press briefing on the 4th, a police official stated, "We have identified more than five universities, and among them, five cases are currently under internal investigation."
The police official explained, "Regarding the collective verbal abuse such as publicly revealing the real names of those wishing to return, 64 individuals were identified, 60 were investigated, and 48 were referred to prosecution."

Regarding the investigation of former and current executives of the Korean Medical Association (KMA), the police official said, "Regarding the case of instructing evidence destruction involving the KMA executive branch on the 4th of last month, a decision was made not to prosecute. As for charges such as obstruction of business, investigations of six suspects and witnesses, as well as analysis of seized materials, are ongoing."
