Krafton Hiring Entry-Level Employees in Game Development and AI Fields... Applications Open Until the 16th

Krafton announced on the 4th that it will conduct recruitment for new employees in the fields of game production, publishing, and artificial intelligence (AI). The application period is from the 4th to the 16th of this month, and candidates who have graduated (or are expected to graduate) with a bachelor's or master's degree, as well as those with 1 to 3 years of experience, are eligible.

The game production and support fields include nine job categories: ▲Frontend Programming ▲Game Content Programming ▲Mobile Game Engine Programming ▲Mobile Game Content Programming ▲VFX Art ▲Premium Content Planning ▲Development PM ▲Process Operation/Planning ▲Business PM, including non-development positions.

The AI field consists of five job categories: ▲AI Applied Research ▲Game AI Application (RL) ▲Game AI Application (LLM) ▲AI Game Tech (Client Programming) ▲AI Tech (Backend Programming).

The recruitment process consists of document screening, job tests, and interviews. For development positions, the job test includes a coding exam, while non-development positions will receive individual guidance according to the characteristics of each organization. The game production and support fields will recruit for mobile development of 'PUBG: Battlegrounds' and 'Palworld,' new game development teams, and management support departments.

There is also a plan to increase outstanding talent in the AI field. New employees in the AI field will join Krafton’s Deep Learning Division and collaborate with NVIDIA and OpenAI.
