A Total of 660 Million KRW Provided for Comprehensive Health Checkups for Onyang Residents
Saewool Nuclear Power Headquarters of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power will support a total of 660 million KRW by signing an agreement on the resident health checkup support project with the Onyang-eup Nuclear Power Coexistence Council (Chairman Choi Jong-gyu) on the 27th to improve the health management and welfare of residents in Onyang-eup, Ulju-gun.

View original imageThe health checkup candidates are residents aged 55 and older living in Onyang-eup. Residents who wish to undergo the checkup can apply to the Onyang-eup Nuclear Power Coexistence Council with a recommendation from the head of each village and receive the checkup at their preferred hospital among Good Morning Hospital, Jungang Hospital, Ulsan Donggang Hospital, and Joeun Samjeong Hospital.
The Onyang-eup resident checkup project, supported by Saewool Nuclear Power since 2018, plans to examine 943 people this year.
Choi Jong-gyu, chairman of the Onyang-eup Nuclear Power Coexistence Council, said, “The health checkup project is a highly well-received program among local residents, and we ask for continued interest and support to improve the health of the community.”
