According to the agreement, Gokseong County will provide administrative support such as securing the construction site and project budget, while Jeonnam Development Corporation will begin the permit process and aims to complete the project by the end of next year.
The 'Gokseong-style Youth Housing Town' is a public rental housing project designed to promote housing stability for young people, encourage local settlement, overcome the crisis of population decline, and revitalize the local economy. A total of 70 units will be supplied to young people in Gokseong without homes: 28 units for newlyweds (64㎡) and 42 units for youth (37㎡).
Jang Chungmo, President of Jeonnam Development Corporation, said, "We expect that once this project is completed, it will contribute to housing stability for young people in Gokseong County and revitalize the local community."
