Hwaseong City Supports Maintenance and Management of Air Pollution Prevention Facilities for Small and Medium Enterprises
For 18 Companies with Fewer Than 50 Employees and 3 Billion KRW in Sales

Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province is implementing the 'Air Pollution Prevention Facility Maintenance Support Project' for small and medium-sized enterprises within the city.
This project aims to strengthen the environmental management capabilities of small-scale workplaces and ensure the proper operation of air pollution prevention facilities. The city plans to support 18 workplaces with a total project budget of 95 million KRW.
The support targets are small and medium-sized enterprises in Hwaseong City classified as air pollution types 3 to 5 workplaces, with fewer than 50 employees and annual sales of less than 30 billion KRW. Priority is given to workplaces without employees holding environmental-related certifications.
The main support includes ▲consulting on proper management of emission and prevention facilities ▲performance inspections for air prevention facilities such as hoods, ducts, and gas leaks ▲verification of prevention facility treatment efficiency ▲support for replacement and repair costs of key consumables such as hoods, ducts, and blowers.
Businesses wishing to apply can download the application form from the Hwaseong City website and submit it in person or by registered mail to the Hwaseong City Environmental Guidance Division by the 11th of next month.
